Of course the uninsured effects cost but no where near the amount it will add up to by having everyone pay. Let's create a food tax so that everyone can eat the same kind of food. Do you think it is fair that some people can afford better food than others? Food is where health starts with the nutrients and the amount we eat. These are facts by eliminating alcohol think of all the money will will save on the police dept. insurance for cars, prison cost court cost unwanted death.
