Many years ago there was a game show called TO TELL THE TRUTH. There were three people but only one of them was the real person asdescribed by the game host. There is a similar real life game being played now. Prisons, drug dealers and addicts are playing along with pharmaceutical companies.
The question is, WHO IS THE REAL CRIMINAL HERE?
This article points out some goofy points about the injustices often dealt to drug addicts. One methamphetamine addict turns in another one. The first addict goes free and the other goes to prison. Unless effective addiction treatment is part of the picture, the goofiness will continue and the real criminals will go unnamed and undetected and society will never win at this version of TO TELL THE TRUTH.

The war on drugs is a continuous fight around the world. There has never been a more strenuous time on society with drug and alcohol addiction as there is today. Drug dealers are targeting our children as they see them as the source for getting their poison to a greater mass market. Everyday children as young as 8 y ears old have been stopped by school officials as they try to sell drugs such as; heroin, methamphetamine, marijuana and cocaine in the elementary schools of our nation.
Drug education starts at home. Parents have to become educated about the drug epidemic that has and is taking over our nation’s youth. School systems must provide drug education awareness and prevention in order to help combat the continued infiltration of drugs in our school systems. ...

It has happened again a fatal attraction with drinking and driving. In 2009, there were 1,794 automobile accidents with minors that involved a drunk driver. “Of the 1,794 minors (age 14 and below) who were killed in motor vehicle crashes, 306 (or almost one in five) occurred in alcohol-related accidents. Of those 306 fatalities, the minors riding with drivers who had a BAC at or above 0.08 percent made up one-half (153) of the fatalities.”
Drinking and driving is not a good idea, especially when one is responsible for more than one’s own life. Alcohol metabolizes in the blood stream and works along with your height and body weight to determine how intoxicated one is; for many one drink is too many. The laws of the country cl...

Here is the success of a Narconon student who has learned how to say NO to drugs and yes to success.
“Just because you find drugs doesn’t mean you have to do them. I was at the movies on Monday and some dude came up to me and asked if I would give him money in exchange for some drugs so he could get home. I told him to get away from me and that I didn’t do that shit. Drugs found me and I chose to not touch them because I have let go of that life style and those cravings of ...

At Narconon we frequently meet individuals who are addicted to Oxycontin. This drug can affect anyone from any strata of life. There are stories of people who took Oxycontin for a simple sports injury or after a surgery and became hopelessly addicted. Some got it from a friend just for fun, but were addicted after that first pill.
