BBN Solutions, located in India, and Crown Tele Services Inc., a subsidiary of CRWE shall form a 50/50 Joint Venture corporation for the purpose of granting to Crown Tele Services Inc., exclusive rights in the United States to BBNs telecommunications marketing process and services.

The DSMB also recommended the continuation of the Phase III CRUISE studies with no modifications. SFP, a key product in the company's development pipeline, is in Phase III multi-center clinical trials for use as an iron replacement therapeutic in ESRD patients.
