Britney Spears Loses Custody of Sons

Britney Spears has temporarily lost custody of her sons to Kevin Federline.  A hearing was held today and Judge Scott Gordon ruled that “until further notice of the court” Spears must give Federline the two boys starting Wednesday at noon. 

 

No reason was given for making the decision, but the ruling came after Spears was charged with misdemeanor hit and run and driving without a license.

 

Spears was previously ordered by the court to undergo random drug test twice a week after the judge declared her an “habitual, frequent and continuous” user of alcohol and controlled substances. Both Spears and Federline were also ordered to not consume alcohol 12 hours before they were to be with their sons.
