Patagonia Rising, starring Lalo Romero, opens in theaters Friday, June 8. The documentary takes an in-depth look at a plan to build five hydroelectric dams in two of the world’s purest rivers -- the Baker and Pascua in Patagonia, Chile. Locals discuss how the dams will affect their lives.
